*STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY*
Our appointments are very important to the Dream Weaver X staff, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away.
If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved.
All services require a $25 deposit to book your appointment. Deposits go towards the total cost of your service. Deposits are non refundable for all cancellations under 24 hours and no shows.
Please arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. No extra guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. No children allowed unless being serviced.
